How to BuyJust simply browse through the products we have on our website and click “add to cart”. Once you are done you may click “checkout” which will provide you with further instructions on payment options. If you prefer to pay with your credit card, you may click “checkout with Paypal” during checkout which will bring you directly to Paypal.com. Click on “Payment Options” under Customer Care for details.
If you have registered an account with us, you will receive a confirmation email if your payment is successful. Kindly check your Spam inbox if you did not receive any. You can also view your order status in your My Account.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once we have delivered your order. Alternatively, you may also log into your My Account to view your tracking number.

Return PolicyUnfortunately for the time being, we do not accept any returns unless the items you purchased and the items you received are different. If this happens, contact us at customer@fynntri.com for help.

Order CancellationIf ever you feel you need to cancel your order, contact us ASAP via e-mail to customer@fynntri.com with the Subject Heading : Order Cancellation. If the order has left our office, cancellation is no longer possible.
